Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of KRYOS-XS Hypercube, including the public website, approved workspace, application process, vector-store tools, digital twin tools, evidence governance features, reporting systems, audit logs, public-proof tools, and related services.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

KRYOS-XS Hypercube is a secure, evidence-governed intelligence platform for approved organizations working in humanitarian, legal, research, public-interest, donor, civilian-protection, and conflict-zone contexts.

The platform may support:

• Document upload
• Private vector-store creation
• Governed OSINT vector-store requests
• Digital twin modeling
• Evidence scoring
• Contradiction review
• Legal documentation workflows
• Humanitarian reporting
• Donor reporting
• Scenario analysis
• Redaction workflows
• Audit logs
• Public-proof draft creation
• Community knowledge-block development

KRYOS-XS Hypercube is supported through the Embassy Row Project and funded by James Scott.

Approved organizations may receive access through an Embassy Row Project grant-award process. If access is awarded, the organization receives platform use free of charge under the applicable grant terms.

There is no public donation mechanism for the platform. There is no public paid subscription path for grant recipients. The platform is funded so the mission is not shaped by outside commercial, donor, or political interests.

Access to the approved workspace is not automatic.

KRYOS-XS Hypercube may approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or limit access at any time.

The platform may be used for lawful and approved purposes, including:

• Humanitarian analysis
• Civilian protection
• Legal documentation
• War-crimes research
• NGO coordination
• Donor reporting
• Public-proof generation
• OSINT organization
• Evidence preservation
• Child and survivor protection
• Policy and advocacy research
• Research and institutional memory
• Conflict-zone program analysis
• Digital twin modeling for legal, humanitarian, donor, and research purposes

You may not use the platform for:

• Tactical targeting
• Weapons guidance
• Combat optimization
• Live battlefield exploitation
• Evasion of lawful authorities
• Doxxing
• Harassment
• Instructions to harm persons
• Surveillance of private civilians
• Private-person targeting
• Publication of sensitive child, survivor, witness, or source information
• Unverified public accusations against private individuals
• Intelligence activity that enables violence
• Attempts to identify, locate, track, or expose vulnerable persons
• Attempts to bypass safety, legal, privacy, or release controls
• Upload or distribution of unlawful content
• Misrepresentation of platform outputs as court findings or legal determinations

KRYOS-XS Hypercube does not provide legal representation.

The platform does not:

• Determine guilt
• Determine liability
• Guarantee admissibility
• Guarantee prosecution success
• Replace lawyers
• Replace courts
• Replace investigators
• Replace prosecutors
• Replace competent legal authorities
• Replace professional humanitarian judgment
• Guarantee safety in any conflict-zone environment

Outputs may support legal documentation, issue mapping, evidence organization, redaction, attorney review, humanitarian reporting, donor reporting, or public-proof preparation. Users remain responsible for professional review and lawful use.

User content may include uploaded files, text, images, spreadsheets, reports, summaries, field notes, public-source materials, legal documents, donor documents, research materials, metadata, prompts, vector-store requests, digital twin configurations, and generated outputs.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, process, use, and share any content you submit.

You must not upload content that violates law, confidentiality obligations, court orders, privilege, consent rules, survivor protection duties, child protection duties, data protection requirements, source protection commitments, or organizational policies.

You must use heightened care before uploading:

• Child-related information
• Survivor information
• Witness information
• Medical information
• Source identities
• Precise locations of vulnerable persons
• Privileged legal material
• Personal data
• Security-sensitive field information
• Information that could expose individuals to retaliation

The platform may classify, restrict, redact, quarantine, or block such material.

Some vector stores may remain private to an organization. Other vector stores, especially those created through community, grant-funded, OSINT, or shared public-interest workflows, may become Community Knowledge Blocks under the Community Knowledge Block Policy.

Before creating or contributing to a shared vector store, users must review the Community Knowledge Block Policy.

Platform outputs may include:

• Internal memos
• Evidence registers
• Legal triage packets
• Humanitarian risk briefs
• Donor reports
• Scenario forecasts
• Digital twin summaries
• Redacted public summaries
• Public-proof drafts
• Audit bundles
• Citation registers
• Knowledge blocks

Outputs may include errors, omissions, uncertainty, incomplete information, contradictory source material, or outdated source context. Users must review all outputs before relying on or sharing them.

Some outputs may be marked:

• Draft
• Internal Only
• Legal Review
• Redaction Required
• Quarantined
• Public-Proof Eligible
• Released

You must not publish or externally share materials marked Internal Only, Legal Review, Redaction Required, Quarantined, or otherwise restricted without authorization.

Public-proof materials are intended to support careful public communication. They must not be used to harass, threaten, dox, defame, mislead, incite violence, or make unsupported accusations.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, organization workspace, uploaded files, generated outputs, and access permissions.

You must notify the platform administrator if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, data exposure, or misuse.

Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated for:

• Prohibited use
• Security risk
• False application information
• Unsafe data handling
• Unauthorized publication
• Abuse of OSINT workflows
• Attempted bypass of release gates
• Misuse of sensitive data
• Legal or compliance concerns
• Threats to users, sources, survivors, children, witnesses, or affected communities

The platform, interface, software, visual systems, workflows, framework logic, documentation, templates, and KRYOS-XS materials are owned or licensed by their respective rights holders.

Users retain rights they hold in their own uploaded content, subject to licenses and permissions necessary to operate the platform, provide the service, create private or shared vector stores, generate outputs, maintain audit logs, and support Community Knowledge Blocks where applicable.

The platform is designed to build durable public-interest capability. Grant-supported use may include duties to contribute non-sensitive, redacted, public-interest knowledge back into shared community infrastructure where lawful, safe, and consistent with applicable policy.

The platform is provided for approved public-interest, humanitarian, legal documentation, research, donor reporting, and evidence-governance purposes.

The platform is not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or suitable for every use case.

No platform output should be treated as a final legal determination, court finding, safety instruction, operational command, or verified fact without appropriate review.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
