Defines the mission before analysis begins: user role, organization type, theater, sensitivity class, lawful use case, intended output, public or private status, and prohibited-use boundaries. The Mission Contract is created here.
Evidence Ingestion
Uploaded files and selected vector stores are parsed, classified, chunked, indexed, and transformed into traceable evidence objects. Claims, metadata, dates, entities, locations, affected populations, source relationships, and contradiction signals are extracted.
Scenario Mesh
Structured scenario branches and digital twin models: legal scenarios, humanitarian scenarios, civilian harm models, infrastructure risk, displacement patterns, narrative-risk maps, donor impact models, and public-proof pathways.
Data Contracts
Permissions, privacy rules, legal review requirements, source restrictions, organizational boundaries, jurisdictional constraints, and release conditions are checked.
Release and Lineage

Vector Stores and Institutional Memory
Approved organizations can create private vector stores from their own files. These can be used independently or fused with approved conflict-zone, humanitarian, legal, research, and public-proof vector stores. Governed OSINT vector-store requests apply source discovery, evidence classification, citation tracking, deduplication, and compliance review before a store is used.
