KRYOS-XS Hypercube is built for lawful humanitarian, legal, research, donor, and civilian-protection work. The boundaries below are central to the platform's design and apply to every approved organization and authorized user.

Prohibited conduct
- Tactical targeting or combat assistance
- Weapons design, selection, or guidance
- Evasion of lawful authorities
- Surveillance of private civilians
- Doxxing or harassment of any person
- Identification of children or survivors in public outputs without a lawful basis
- Witness or source exposure
- Manipulation of evidence or audit records
- Generation of propaganda or dehumanizing content
- Use of platform outputs to claim guilt, liability, or admissibility not supported by competent authorities
- Sharing access credentials or circumventing approval controls
- Any use that violates applicable law in the user's jurisdiction or the affected jurisdiction

Enforcement
- ·Blocking or quarantining the offending output
- ·Suspension or revocation of access for the user or organization
- ·Notification of grant administrators and relevant authorities where required
- ·Preservation of audit-ledger evidence consistent with governance obligations

Reporting a concern
Concerns about platform misuse can be reported through Contact or directly to the grant administrator at the relevant approved organization. Reports are reviewed against the audit ledger and governance controls.
