ECS

Evidence Confidence

Measures source strength, corroboration, recency, directness, and provenance quality. ECS rises when independent sources confirm a claim with direct observation and verifiable origin.

CE

Contradiction Entropy

Measures unresolved conflicts, inconsistent accounts, weak inference chains, stale claims, and disputed evidence. Lower CE indicates a stable claim posture.

SSI

Source Stability

Measures whether a source remains credible across time, challenge, cross-reference, and context. SSI degrades when a source is retracted, contradicted, or shown to be circular.

DRI

Replay Integrity

Measures whether the analysis can be reproduced from the same sources, prompts, settings, and evidence chain. DRI is the audit anchor for legal and donor review.
